Return , Refund and Replacement policy
Once the product is considered sold, there shall be no refund for issues arising out of any claims whatsoever, including but not limited to, non-performance, buyer’s remorse, purchase made inadvertently, alternate buying option availability etc.
You have received/ delivered an unpacked/damaged/incomplete product. By damage it’s implied that the product was brought to you in an open or partially unpacked state and normal wear and tear caused during the transit of the product shall be excluded.You have received any other product different entirely or partially from the one you have ordered initially.Replacements:
There shall be no replacement of products unless the product received by the customer falls into the two specific categories of the “Returns” mentioned above. Once the product is delivered to the customer, no return is possible excluding the following specific circumstances:The replacement for these products means replacing your product with a new and same product or with any other product of exactly same value. To avail this replacement, the customer needs to follow the procedure as detailed below to be eligible of replacement.
The Customer shall contact Customer Care by phone/email no later than 48 hours of the product delivery. In cases where in required, the customer may need to upload and send images of the product received and damaged condition and the invoice.
Upon contentment of Quality Assurance officer, the product may or may not be summoned back to the company. If it is summoned back to company, the shipping costs are to be borne by the customers.
Once the product reaches to the Company wherever required, or in case of contentment and satisfaction of the Quality Assurance officer by way of Emails and images itself, the replacement product shall be delivered to you within 15 working days. The Replaced product thenceforth shall be non-refundable, non-returnable and non-replaceable under all circumstances.
